Durant Olive Mill’s Olio Nuovo Festival

Durant’s Olio Nuovo Festival is a month-long celebration of Oregon’s only commercial olive harvest, blending Italian tradition with Pacific Northwest flair and a state-of-the-art olive mill. Held each November at Durant at Red Ridge Farms in Dayton, Oregon, the festival showcases freshly milled extra virgin olive oil (olio nuovo), grown and pressed on-site. Guests can enjoy olive mill tours, seasonal food and wine pairings, a holiday marketplace, and a variety of tasting experiences—all surrounded by the beauty of Oregon wine country. Durant, a family-owned farm and winery founded in 1973, is also home to Durant Vineyards, a nursery and greenhouse, and the Durant Farm Shop, where guests can sample and shop Durant’s award-winning olive oils, wines, and seasonal gifts.
