Cheyenne Club
Cheyenne Club restaurant puts the freshest Brush Creek Ranch-sourced cuisine on full display with a true seed-to-table dining experience. The chef-driven, seasonal a la carte and tasting menus feature dishes using 100% Ranch-raised Wagyu beef, produce from the on-site greenhouse and on-site Medicine Bow Creamery, well as more than 500 varietals of wines from around the globe (the on-site Wine Cellar holds more than 30,000 bottles of wine). Cheyenne Club serves guests staying at The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch, Magee Homestead, and French Creek and is open to the public as well.
Pricing:
$100 3-course tasting menu for non-guests based on availability. All meals at Cheyenne Club included for Ranch guests.
