Century Grand is the flagship venue that houses three unique cocktail bar concepts from Barter & Shake. Opening in October 2019, Century Grand offers a progressive, yet timeless cocktail-centric experience with its bars Platform 18, Grey Hen Rx, and UnderTow. Guests are immediately transported into an extraordinary world of a time long forgotten. The foyer has been built to appear as if in a loading dock waiting to load into the train car. Inspired by American history, Century Grand brings the story of Maritime history, spice trading, major port cities of the 19th century, and the Transcontinental Railroad in one space.
