Cedar + Elm is the heart of The Lodge at St. Edward Park, a landmark hotel peacefully tucked away in a lush 326-acre forest, 30 minutes from Seattle.

We pride ourselves on a holistically distinctive approach to genuine Pacific Northwest food. Our menu is inspired by the undeniable spirit of the region we’re proud to call home.
