In July 2003, Chef Thomas Keller opened Bouchon Bakery in Yountville, California, near his Bouchon Bistro and The French Laundry. Initially created to supply unique breads to these restaurants, the bakery soon became a notable establishment. Inspired by classic French boulangeries, it offers a variety of artisanal breads and desserts, reflecting Keller’s memories of France and his American childhood. Pastry chef Raymie Fuentes crafts sweet treats like croissants, muffins, tarts, and cookies. The bakery also offers a full range of espresso drinks and coffee, custom-blended by Chef Keller’s longtime partner Equator Coffees.
