Located at The Four Graces in Oregon’s Dundee Hills, adjacent to Black Walnut Inn and Grange Estate, Anthology is a new 10 course tasting experience available to guests of the neighboring properties and members of Foley Food & Wine Society, offering an innovative and memorable wine and food experience that highlights the incredible bounty of the famed Willamette Valley. Guests can enjoy exceptional wines from the Dundee Hills and beyond, alongside culinary delights from James Beard nominated Chef Chase Williams and Sous Chef Zack Ehrlich in the intimate 14-seat open kitchen overlooking the property’s vineyard.
