An experience rooted in the regions and tradition where the agave spirits are distilled, Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal’s on-property Agave Expert and Bar Director, David Hernandez, carefully selected the high-end agave spirits and savory bites showcased in the Agave Study at Peacock Alley through his work with the Maestros of the harvesting and distillation process in Oaxaca who specialize in the deep cultural traditions of these classic spirits.

Through various educational experiences, guests are led by one of the on-property Agave Experts through personalized tastings with local handmade drinkware, pairings with native culinary ingredients throughout Mexico, and more.
