Ad Hoc + Addendum

Chef Thomas Keller opened Ad Hoc in September 2006 to showcase American comfort food. Originally meant to be temporary, it became a permanent fixture in Yountville, California. The daily-changing family-style menu features classic American dishes like fried chicken, pot roast and barbecue, handwritten nightly on chalkboards. The restaurant’s beverage service focuses on local producers, and the culinary team often offers additional courses with unique or exotic ingredients.
