City Creek Canyon

Salt Lake has incredible mountain hiking close to town, and City Creek Canyon is as good as it gets. From Memorial Day through September, there’s restricted access to the canyon: even days for car/foot traffic; odd days for bike/foot traffic. A popular area, so you won’t be alone—but you will be happy.
