The only problem is, there aren’t a ton of top-tier accomodations out that way, especially nothing as design-forward as what husband-and-wife team Sara and Sven Simon have done at the newly minted Noble + Proper.

The two acquired the property in 2021, and set about transforming each dwelling into a highly personalized environment, opting to name each of the cabins after one of their grandparents. This gave Sara, who is a designer by trade, a distinct muse for every dwelling. No two are the same, meaning repeat visits can be moments of surprise and wonder.

The property, which is made up of seven 830-square-foot cabins, is an exploration of color, curation, and luxury in an iconic mountain setting. Each of the cabins is made up of two bedrooms and one-and-a-half baths that are tiled to the nines.
