We Are Happy to Announce the Reopening of the Napa Valley Wine Train, Plus Their Plans to Give Back to The Community
Napa Valley Wine Train is celebrating its reopening—and local health care workers will be first to the party.

When the world closed its doors in 2020, the Napa Valley Wine Train came to a complete halt, discontinuing all of its tours. Nearly a year and a half later the Wine Train is ready to welcome its visitors once again, but this time they plan on giving back to the Napa community first and foremost.
The Napa Valley Wine Train is celebrating local health care workers by offering complimentary tickets to thank them for their perseverance and hard work during the pandemic. “We are prouder than ever to be part of the Napa Valley community after witnessing its resilience throughout the pandemic and want to express our gratitude to our local healthcare heroes,” said Steven Lampkin, area director for Noble House Hotels & Resorts. This isn’t the first time Napa Valley Wine Train has changed its course to support the community—earlier this year, the company partnered with OLE Health to hold a temporary vaccination clinic at their train station.

The company will adhere to all CDC guidelines through its reopening and have made adjustments to their tour. “We are thrilled to bring back our one-of-a-kind experiences for locals and visitors and have implemented numerous safety measures to give passengers peace of mind while enjoying the Wine Train’s world-class dining and picturesque setting,” said Lampkin. The company will kick off its reopening with the Legacy Tour that includes exclusive tastings, a three-hour rail tour of Napa Valley, a four-course meal, and plenty of stops for photo-ops, so pack your best conductor outfit, and get ready to ride once again.
