First, make the Black Lava Salt Mix: Mix the Hawaiian black lava salt and the sugar, and pour on a saucer or small plate.
Wet half of the rim of a coupe glass with a lemon wedge and dip into Black Lava Salt Mix.
Combine tequila, liqueur, and pineapple and lemon juices in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into glass.
Add fresh ice and garnish with citrus wheel.
