White Peach Sangria

Greg DuPree
Instead of a traditional red sangria, make a refreshing summer version with white wine and fresh peaches.
How to Make It
Step 1
1
In a large pitcher or small punch bowl, combine Riesling, peaches, peach schnapps, and mint sprigs. Cover and chill until cold, at least 2 hours.
Step 2
2
Pour in sparkling wine, stir gently, and serve immediately in chilled white-wine glasses.
Step 3
3
Bar snack: Marcona or other toasted almonds.
