Trey Zoeller, founder of Jefferson’s Bourbon shows us how to make the perfect Manhattan.
How to Make It

Combine bourbon, sweet vermouth, and bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir until well chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and/or orange twist.
Ingredients
1.50 oz bourbon (we recommend Jefferson’s Bourbon)
0.75 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes barrel aged cherry bitters
