Tiki Nog

Los Angeles-based wife and husband team Brooke Williamson and Nick Roberts and Bar Manager Taylor Hall of Playa Provisions put a tiki spin on the traditional holiday nog. You’ll need dark rum, demerara syrup, milk, Angostura bitters, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
How to Make It

Mix rum, syrup, milk, and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain into crushed ice, and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Ingredients
2 oz dark Jamaican rum
1 oz demerara syrup
3 oz whole milk
2 to 3 dashes Angostura bitters
cinnamon and nutmeg, for sprinkling
