The Bar Helix Cocktail

Cabana X serves this as a nod to its sister bar, Denver’s Bar Helix.
How to Make It
1
Add all liquid ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice, stir for approximately 30 seconds.

Strain into an old-fashioned glass, preferably over a large ice cube.
3
Squeeze the orange twist over the top of the cocktail glass to express the oils, then drop into the glass.
Ingredients
1 ¼ fl oz Montanaro 6 pm Aperitivo
1 fl oz Barr Hill gin
1 fl oz Carpano Antica Formula vermouth
orange twist, for garnish
Directions
