1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 cup sour cream
1 garlic clove, minced
1 green onion, minced
1 tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon sweet smoked Spanish paprika
1 to 1 1/2 cans (6.5 oz. each) minced clams, drained, liquid reserved
Whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, onion, parsley, and paprika in a medium bowl. Add clams to taste and enough clam liquid for a good dipping texture.
