1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
Salt and pepper
In a 6- to 8-inch frying pan over medium heat, stir sesame seeds until golden, 2 to 3 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, and toasted sesame seeds. Add salt and pepper to taste.
