How to Make It

Place the plum in a blender and blend until liquefied. Strain the plum through a fine-mesh sieve set over a large bowl. Stir in the gin, tonic, and rose water.

Fill two glasses with ice and pour in the gin and tonic mixture. Garnish each glass with a plum slice.

Ingredients

 1 cup chopped plum or pluot
 ½ cup gin
 ¼ cup high-quality tonic water
  tsp rose water
 Ice cubes
 2 slices plum for garnish
