AMASS Riverine Gimlet

Enjoy a refreshing and booze-free sip from AMASS, a spirits brand that also offers a Riverine nonalcoholic expression. While simple syrup works in this recipe, honey syrup takes it to the next level.
How to Make It

To create the honey syrup, add two parts honey and one part water to a saucepan over medium heat, and stir until the honey is dissolved. Let cool. (Simple syrup also works, but honey adds another layer and more body.

Combine syrup with Riverine and lime juice in a cocktail shaker, and shake.

Pour into a glass and garnish with cucumber wheel.

0.75 oz lime juice
