This bold cocktail combines fresh watermelon and fiery Fresno chiles for a sweet and spicy delight. Perfect for summer evenings, it’s as refreshing as it is unforgettable.

How to Make It

Prepare a tumbler by thickly rimming it halfway with a zesty lime rub. Cut a notch into half of the Fresno chile and place on rim as garnish.

Muddle the watermelon and remaining Fresno chile in a cocktail shaker.

Add the tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 15 to 20 seconds.

Double strain the cocktail into the prepared tumbler filled with ice.

 1 Fresno chile cut in half lengthwise
 3 oz fresh watermelon
 1 ½ oz Casamigos Reposado tequila
 ¾ oz fresh lime juice
 ¾ oz agave syrup
