Matcha Maiden

Matcha and sake come together in this out-of-the-ordinary cocktail. Bonus: If you thought to chill a can of sake ahead of time, you can whip it up in seconds!

How to Make It

Freeze your Snow Maiden can for at least six hours or overnight.

Open the top to add matcha powder and agave syrup. (Adjust for your desired level of sweetness.)

Put the cap back on and shake well. Enjoy straight from the can or pour over ice.

Ingredients

 1 can of Snow Maiden Nigori sake
 ½ tsp matcha powder
 1 tsp agave syrup, adjust to taste
