A zesty twist on the classic mule, this cocktail combines spicy ginger, smooth vodka, and a touch of lime. The result is a refreshing sipper with a delightful kick.

How to Make It

Place the ginger purée in a cocktail shaker. Stir with a spoon while adding the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup.

Remove the spoon, add ice to the shaker, and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.

Fill a Collins glass with ice, add the ginger beer, and strain the cocktail over the ice.

Garnish with a skewer of candied ginger and a dehydrated lime wedge.

Ingredients

 1 heaping barspoon ginger purée (about 1 tbsp)
 2 oz Absolut Elyx vodka
 1 oz fresh lime juice
 ½ oz simple syrup
 1 oz Fever-Tree ginger beer
 candied ginger and dehydrated lime, for garnish
