2 ounces Cocchi Americano
1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 dash Scrappy's lavender bitters
2 ounces chilled soda water
1 ounce chilled cava or other dry sparkling wine
Grapefruit twist, for garnish
Pour Cocchi Americano, grapefruit and lemon juices, and lavender bitters into a Champagne flute. Top with soda water and cava. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
