Add some fall fruit flavors to your traditional hot toddy with this recipe shared with us by the team at Produce Row Café in Portland, Oregon. Their version uses a pear-infused brandy from local maker New Deal Distillery, but if you can't get your hands on it you can work ahead and infuse your own brandy at home. To infuse at home, add three sliced Bartlett pears to a large jar with a bottle of your favorite brandy and let it sit for 1-2 weeks.

How to Make It

1

Prewarm the mug for your toddy by swirling hot water in it and then dumping it out.
