Mixing a little butterfly pea plant powder with gin makes for a vivid spin on the Spanish gin and tonic. The Aster, the Hollywood workspace-cum-social club where this recipe originates, infuses their St. Germain with lavender for extra botanical flavor.
How to Make It

Combine the first three ingredients in a wine glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water, garnish with cucumber slices, and serve.

½ oz lavender-infused (optional) St. Germain
¼ oz lime juice
tonic water
