Ginger Rosemary Rub
A subtle touch of ginger makes this rub for ribs different from other ones. The recipe comes from Quinn Hatfield, chef-owner of Odys + Penelope and Sycamore Kitchen restaurants in Los Angeles.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

1 cup paprika (3.4 oz.)
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup kosher salt
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
