1 1/2 ounces Lo-Fi dry vermouth
1/2 ounce St. George Terroir gin
1 dash celery bitters
Fresh oregano sprig
Combine vermouth, gin, and celery bitters in a cocktail mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir quickly, 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with oregano sprig.
