Store-bought flowering teas are delicious and beautiful, but often very pricey. If you grow the plants, the blossoms are free—and you can try them fresh. Instead of bee balm, you could use lavender, jasmine, or orange blossoms.

How to Make It

Pour 1 cup hot water into a heatproof glass or mug. Put blossom on top and and steep about 2 minutes (blossom will wilt as it stands).
