Clementine Sorbet

Homemade sorbet adds a special note to the frozen citrus cups but is also wonderfully fresh and bright served on its own. Prep Time: 40 minutes.

How to Make It

Step 1

Cut clementines in half crosswise and juice them.

Step 2

Stir sugar into clementine juice. Taste and, if the mixture is sour, add more sugar. It should taste sweet-tart.

Pour mixture into an ice cream maker (at least 3-cup capacity) and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

 1/3 cup sugar, or more to taste
