4 cups plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 English cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 avocado, cut into 1/2-in. dice
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
Whisk together yogurt, garlic, salt, spices, and 2 cups cold water in a large bowl. Add cucumber, avocado, mint, and dill, stirring gently to combine. Drizzle each serving with 1 tsp. oil.
