Chili-Cheese Filling
How to Make It

In a food processor, whirl 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies, 2 tablespoons chopped onion, 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped garlic, 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) grated cotija or parmesan cheese, and 1 large egg until smooth. Or mince vegetables, place in a bowl, and mix with cheese and egg.
