1.25 oz. Captain Morgan Black Spiced Rum
.5 oz. fresh lime juice
4 oz. Schweppes Ginger Ale
2 lime wedges

Place ice in a rocks glass.  Add Captain Morgan Black Spiced Rum and lime juice.  Top with Schweppes Ginger Ale and stir.  Garnish with a freshly cut lime wedge.

PRO TIP
Start the second half with a tray of Captain Morgan Black Spiced Rum in shot glasses.  Celebrate when your team scores a touchdown.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/4 oz. KETEL ONE® Vodka
• 3/4 oz. orange liqueur
• 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. simple syrup
• 1 oz. Schweppes® Club Soda

Instructions:

• Shake first four ingredients with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
• Top 1 oz. club soda. Garnish with half an orange wheel speared to a brandied cherry.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. KETEL ONE Citroen®
• Flavored Vodka
• 3/4 oz. simple syrup
• 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1 pinch mint
• Schweppes® Club Soda

Instructions:

• Add first four ingredients to a mixing glass.
• Add ice and shake.
• Top with a splash of club soda and strain into a chilled coupe glass

Ingredients:

• 3 oz. Schweppes® Tonic Water
• 1 lime slice

Instructions:

• Mix ingredients together into a highball glass with ice.

Stir lightly to mix and garnish with a lime slice.

Easy Cranberry Punch

• 6 cups sparkling white grape juice
• 6 cups pineapple juice
• 6 cups Canada Dry Ginger Ale
• Lemon slices
• Lime slices
• Orange slices
• 750 ml Pinnacle® Cran-Apple Vodka

• Combine first three ingredients in punch bowl. Then garnish with lemon, lime and orange slices.
• Serves 16

Cranberry Fizz Punch

Ingredients:

• 10 cups cranberry juice
• 2 oranges
• 2 lemons
• 12 sugar cubes
• 1 12-ounce can frozen grapefruit juice
• 3 cups Canada Dry Club Soda, chilled
• 750 ml Pinnacle® Cran-Apple Vodka

• Freeze 3 cups of cranberry juice in an ice ring.
• Squeeze juice from oranges and lemons, then set aside.
• Crush sugar cubes in bottom of large punch bowl.
• Place cranberry ice ring in the punch bowl.
• Add juice from oranges, lemons, frozen grapefruit juice and remaining cranberry juice.
• Mix well. Gently stir in Canada Dry Club Soda.
• Serves 32

New Year’s Punch

• 1 48-ounce bottle cranberry juice
• 1 pint pineapple sherbet
• 1 2-liter bottle Canada Dry Ginger Ale
• Fresh cranberries
• 750 ml Pinnacle® Pineapple Vodka

• Combine the first three ingredients together and chill.
• Garnish with fresh cranberries.
• Serves 26

Holiday Surprise Punch

• Marashino cherries
• 1 2-liter bottle Canada Dry Ginger Ale
• 1 46-ounce can pineapple juice
• 1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
• ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
• 750 ml Pinnacle® Cherry Vodka

• Place one cherry in each cube of an ice tray and fill with Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Freeze overnight.
• Combine chilled juices in punch bowl.
• Add peppermint extract and stir.
• Pour in remaining Canada Dry Ginger Ale ice cubes.
• Serves 16

Sugar Plum Martini

• Splash blue curacao
• Splash grenadine
• Splash of Canada Dry Tonic Water
• 1 part Pinnacle® Grape Vodka

• Shake all ingredients together with ice.
• Strain into a martini glass.
