How to support a historic hotel, all while curating an art collection.

The hospitality industry has been hit hard by COVID-19 shelter in place guidelines, and while many of us would like to support our favorite hotels, booking future stays isn’t within many people’s budgets.
So, when we heard of this creative way to support one of our favorite boutique hotels while also starting our own affordable art collection at home, we were intrigued.

Hotel Figueroa, a historic hotel in downtown Los Angeles—which is also celebrating 94 years this fall—and Society6 have partnered up on a year-long Featured Artist Series showcasing the works of local independent female artists. The curated exhibition will hit refresh every quarter and will speak to pertinent and timely themes in our culture. And the best part is the collections are shoppable and comparatively affordable, ranging from $58 to $292.
