Before Meghan Markle became the Duchess of Sussex, she was an actress with a popular lifestyle blog, The Tig. She decided to close The Tig after getting engaged to Prince Harry and embarking on royal duties. Now, she’s ready to get back into the lifestyle game with her new Netflix series “With Love, Meghan,” and a new brand, As Ever.

The Los Angeles native originally announced a lifestyle brand in March 2024 called American Riviera Orchard, which was a nod to her new hometown of Santa Barbara’s nickname. Markle’s celebrity friends were sharing photos of the company’s jams on social media, and fans were excitedly awaiting when they could buy the products. But, trademark roadblocks stalled the big launch—Markle admitted to PEOPLE that there were a lot of “twists and turns” and that she was “figuring it out in real time.”

“I appreciate everyone who gave me the grace to make mistakes and figure it out and also to be forgiving with myself through that. It’s a learning curve,” she told PEOPLE.

As Ever/Netflix

Last month, Markle announced on Instagram that she renamed the brand “As Ever” and that Netflix was now a partner in the business. On its website, the brand is described as “a love language,” with the collection of products inspired by Markle’s love of cooking, entertaining, and hosting.

“As Ever essentially means as it’s always been, and if you’ve followed me since 2014 with The Tig, you know I’ve always loved cooking and crafting and gardening — this is what I do,” she said in her Instagram video.

To coincide with the launch of her Netflix series, Markle has revealed the first products in the lifestyle line. The collection includes jam, of course, but also honey, teas, and baking mixes and ingredients. Everything will be available nationwide this spring, and you can sign up on the As Ever website to be the first to know when it all goes on sale.
