Stone wall: A study in contrast
We chose Eldorado Stone’s Cut Coarse stone veneer—dry-stacked here, like limestone—to set off the bar’s smooth finishes (from $7 per sq. ft. plus installation).

Wet bar
Cabernet-colored concrete (markconcrete.com), made with 95 percent recycled content, disguises any stains. An integral sink and a Kohler Torq faucet (from $646) complete the bar.

Stowing away the bottles
The custom cabinetry is American black walnut. Shelves hold books, carafes, glasses, and, of course, bottles—about 175 in all, including what’s in the two GE Monogram wine fridges.
