The design team at Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, and Lighting Gallery told Sunset that they’re seeing a surge in kitchen appliances, like refrigerators and ranges, in bold and unexpected colors. We’ve already seen our home tours make a solid case for a pale blue fridge and a pink front door, so as you might expect, we’re on board with this colorful trend. The good news is that as the demand grows for a pop of color in appliances, the range of color options grows wider as well.

Smeg’s large appliances range from lime green and sunshine yellow to a complete Union Jack design. Bertazzoni’s line of ranges are now available in a line of colors inspired by Italy’s sport car manufacturers. BlueStar advertises that its line of kitchen products is available in more than 1,000 hues.
