Their pop-up, Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing, featured smoked trout with pickled onion, kale salad with pecans and Arkansas Black apples--and 90-minute waits. So fans breathed a collective sigh of relief when Atlanta native Brian Dunsmoor and L.A.-born Kris Tominaga opened this place, with a similar menu, inside the Palihotel in October. The black-eyed peas with ham hock, chicken cracklins, and a seafood boil brimming with shrimp, crab, andouille sausage, and potatoes are served on antique plates.
