The Valley Ford Hotel is just far enough from the coast to duck the fog, and its saloon, Rocker Oysterfeller's, serves oysters on the half-shell pulled from nearby Tomales Bay. There are plenty of other dining options, as well, heavy on seafood but also including classics like ribs and fried chicken. Brunch is not to be missed, either.
