At this resort 40 minutes from downtown, don’t be confused if you see skiers walking through the parking lot with slow-cookers in hand. They’re just local families taking their lunch into one of the three day lodges. But even though it may be homey, Brighton is Utah’s only resort with 100 percent of the terrain accessible via high-speed quads.
