Los Alamos's gourmet cred was cemented in 2011, when Bell Street Farm Eatery & Market opened in a 1916 bank building with tin ceilings and a dog-friendly patio. Owner Jamie Gluck mans the deli in his trademark Stetson and hosts tastings of regionally sourced wines, olives, and cheeses, which are all for sale. He also serves heartier fare, such as pork shoulder wrapped in crisp pork belly on ciabatta.
