At Emilio Estevez and patner Sonja Magdevski’s Casa Dumetz Wines, glasses of their honeyed-citrus Viognier and spicy-cherried Grenache are poured at a redwood bar lit by tin lanterns. Small batches are made from grapes sourced in Malibu (remember, they call this place "Little L.A."), and from the Santa Ynez Valley.
