The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch (Beaver Creek, Colorado)

Bachelor, a Saint Bernard, and Scout, a Bernese mountain dog run the show at this giant log cabin resort etched into the mountains near Vail. So it makes sense that pets are treated like royalty when they check into the luxe-meets-rustic adventure lodge. Nearby hiking trails make for excellent walking, and fun factoid: In Colorado, dogs can legally serve as an officiant for wedding ceremonies or elopements because of Colorado’s self-solemnizing marriage law. The resort will happily allow Bachelor to serve as a witness for any major dog-lovers looking to incorporate a pup so deeply into their Bachelor Gulch ceremonies.
