Tennis courts, books, murals and coffee – yup, this is the next-gen library out West

Turn off your tablets, people, because the library is cool again. Even if you can’t remember the last time you read a book with paper pages, there are 3 reasons the new West Hollywood Library is worth a visit:
1) Seriously bad-ass Shepard Fairey murals (remember his HOPE posters from the 2008 Obama campaign? That guy.)
2) Rooftop tennis courts (it’s L.A., after all). Think literary country club.
3) A coffee bar. Now that Borders is gone, here’s hoping the library swoops in to fill the void of united books and brews.
