Thyme for a Spritzer

 3 fl oz Jardesca White Aperitiva (18% ABV)
 lemon peel
 stalk of thyme
 2 fl oz club soda (optional for more bubbles)

Start with 3 oz. of Jardesca White Aperitiva over ice.

Do a lazy man’s muddle (slap between palms) with the stalk of thyme.

Squeeze the lemon peel to release oils.

If you prefer bubbles, pour 2 oz. of club soda and mix.
