Only two ingredients here, but they add up to a company-worthy salad when you take a few minutes to trim away the peel and membranes from the citrus and reveal their jewel-like segments.
Cut peel (including all white pith on outside of fruit) from grapefruits and oranges, following curve of fruit. Working over a bowl, cut between inner membranes to free segments.
Just before serving, drain juice from citrus (to drink, if you like) and toss fruit to combine.
Make ahead: Through step 1, up to 1 day, chilled airtight.
