Seasoned Mashed Potatoes

Makes 4 servings

 1 pound russet potatoes
 3 tablespoons whipping cream
 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
 3 tablespoons olive oil
 1/2 teaspoon rosemary (crumbled dried or chopped fresh)

In a bowl, mash peeled cooked potatoes. Mix 2 cups of the mashed potatoes with the whipping cream, chopped cilantro, chopped basil leaves, olive oil, rosemary, and salt to taste.
