After seasoning our February 2018 hot pot recipe with Chinese sa cha sauce, keep cooking! The mellow, slightly funky blend of oil with dried fish, sugar, garlic, onion, and sesame makes an excellent Caesar dressing, with no mincing required.
In a bowl, whisk each extra-virgin olive oil and finely grated parmesan cheese, stirred sa cha sauce, lemon juice, kosher salt, and pepper.
