Roasting Directions for Fresh Ham

 1 tied fresh ham (pork leg) top round, 3 to 5 pounds (including the eye-of-the-round muscle)

Roast in a 350º oven until a thermometer inserted into center registers 150º to 155º, about 1 hour and 50 minutes. Let roast stand at least 20 minutes, then cut into slices.
