Jicama and Green Cabbage Slaw

 1 ¼ cups thinly sliced green cabbage
 ¾ cup jicama matchsticks (from 1 small peeled jicama)
 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
 ½ tsp kosher salt

In a bowl, toss all ingredients gently but thoroughly. Taste and season with more lime juice or salt as needed.
